Anja Varli is an accomplished educator with a diverse background in academia and cultural mediation. Her career has taken her to prestigious educational institutions including the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, Furtwangen University of Applied Sciences, State University of New York at Albany, Marmara University, Bahcesehir University, and Koç University, spanning across Germany, the United States, and Turkey.
She has worked as a lecturer, teaching Academic and Business English as well as German courses. Her hands-on experience with students from various age groups and cultural backgrounds has enriched her teaching approach, enabling her to adeptly address diverse learning needs.
In addition to her academic roles, Anja has also worked as an administrator at a renowned cultural center in the Lake Constance area. This experience in organizational and administrative roles complements her pedagogical skills, making her a well-rounded professional.
With her deep understanding of language teaching, intercultural training, and academic contexts, Anja Varli brings a unique blend of pedagogical expertise and practical experience to BilNetz. Although I am a native of the Black Forest, I spent most of my working life in large international companies at home and abroad. This includes an industry association in Brussels, medium-sized companies as well as global players in various industries. In 2017, I founded my own PR and communications agency Das Wort. Agency Pfundstein. UG.
My additional qualification and many years of experience as a language trainer for English (business and technology) and German as a foreign language in both academic and corporate environments led me to found BilNetz Limited – together with two experts from the field of pedagogy/didactics/linguistics. Our services are based on our extensive network of experienced language trainers, language training development specialists and software experts.
