Course content and objective:

This course is designed to practice productive and receptive communication skills at level B1 (CEFR), with a focus on everyday language. Participants will be introduced to a wide range of concepts, vocabulary, and learning strategies that will help them develop their language skills. Participants are expected to work independently both in class and at home to strengthen their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

DaF B1 – Advanced Language Use:

  • Can understand the main points when clear standard language is used and when dealing with familiar matters from work, leisure, family, etc.
  • Can produce simple and coherent text on familiar topics and areas of personal interest.
  • Can report on experiences and events, describe goals, give brief reasons or explanations for plans and opinions.

  • Notepad, pen for your notes

Certificate of Attendance:

Online Intensive Course German as a Foreign Language: Conversation and Everyday Topics (A2/B1)

In our intensive course “German as a Foreign Language: Conversation and Everyday Topics (A2/B1)” you will deepen your basic to advanced knowledge of German. You will get to know and understand everyday situations and at the end you will be able to speak easily and coherently about familiar topics and personal areas of interest.

Teaching materials:

Course content is delivered via our modern, digital learning platform learningen.de, which offers course participants the full range of digital, experiential learning. The interactive course content with flipped learning and interesting case studies is available to learners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Learning experiences and focused reflection, as well as course recommendations for an optimal “learning path,” increase participants’ learning success. Furthermore, each course participant receives a course book.

Target group:

The course is aimed at all those who would like to deepen their knowledge of German and take it to the next level (B1/B2).
